The Etablissement Public de Cœur de Quartier de Ducos includes a media library, multi-purpose rooms, a public square and a landscaped park, close to the Kaméré college.
This facility, located in a sensitive neighbourhood, has succeeded in integrating numerous environmental provisions despite the strong constraints that apply there.
Two large patios nestled in the heart of the building promote ventilation and natural lighting by allowing the premises to open onto protected, green spaces. A double porous metal skin on the outside facades also provides a shaded buffer between the work rooms and the public square.
The landscaped exterior spaces are an extension of the building's architecture and strongly contribute to the comfort within the building.
Note: this project is part of a pilot project of Chantier Vert in partnership with the CCI.
