This project management mission is in line with the pre-operational studies carried out in 2011 with the Commune of Possession. Semader, the project owner, has been appointed as concessionaire.
We have set up a multidisciplinary team within our grouping in order to create a strong emulsion around the project, taking advantage of everyone's skills.
The numerous missions that are assigned to us allow us to implement the policy defined beforehand :
- The project management of the development allows us to create a simple and quality public base with a privileged place for the pedestrian, the management of rainwater in the open air, the strong vegetalization of the spaces, the definition of a hierarchical lighting plan offering a soft luminous atmosphere, the design of the furniture using local materials...
- The drafting of the DLE reflects the objectives set for stormwater management as close as possible to the path of the raindrop, with a willingness to delay in order not to increase the flows discharged in the initial state.
- The drafting of the Sustainable Development Planning and Construction guidelines, tools intended for planners and architects, allows us to introduce the mission of chief urban planner of the ZAC. As this tool is the translation of the objectives defined in the PLU and the OAPs, the different themes are developed. We then ensure the follow-up of the construction projects, workshops of exchanges with the architects allow us to write opinions at the various stages of the projects.
- The cartographic synthesis allows us to juxtapose the projects in order to judge the overall coherence of the urban project.
Finally, in 2014, the Cœur de Ville Joint Development Zone (ZAC Cœur de Ville) obtained the State's validation of its commitment to the national Eco-district labeling process.
